English Language Assessment

Assessment of the English language skills of your employees and candidates

The detailed test offered by English Academy assesses each component of English language proficiency - reading, writing, speaking and listening. The test consists of a written and an oral part.

A detailed language assessment assists human resources professionals in:

• analysis of the language skills of current employees;
• planning their professional development;
• analysis of their language learning needs;
• selecting suitable candidates for staff selection.

The results of the language assessment are compared to the European Language Framework (CEF)

The tests can be conducted on site at the Academy, in the office of your company (when testing over a certain number of employees and candidates) or online.
