IELTS preparation course

The preparation for IELTS is led by teachers who are experienced with the requirements for passing the exam and with many years of assessment experience.

During the certificate preparation:

• You will practice each component of the exam and focus on exam techniques;
• You will develop language skills specific to each part of the exam;
• You will master successful strategies for obtaining an international certificate;
• You will get acquainted with the common mistakes made by candidates and be taught how to avoid making them;
• You will get real exam materials that have been taken in recent years;
• You will undertake mock tests conducted in a real test environment;
• You will receive a free set of additional materials for self-preparation, which will contribute to your success in the exam.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR IELTS PREPARATION COURSE

To sign up for our courses you need to take an entrance test. The tests are conducted on site at the Academy during our registration periods before the beginning of each semester or online.

Our IELTS courses are taught at a C1 level. However, as IELTS examines students at a range of levels, we allow students at a B2 level to join the group, as long as they are aware of the level of teaching. FCE is a B2 exam and CAE is a C1 exam so students should be already at this level.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR IELTS EXAM:

At English Academy you can easily and quickly register for IELTS. Our assistants will help you fill in the documents. You do not need to be our student to register for the exam with us.

Please bring with you your ID card/passport and a proof of a bank transfer.

The fee for the test is 460 BGN. Fees must be paid by bank transfer to British Council bank account:

When transferring payment for the exam, please include the name of the candidate, the abbreviation of the exam (CAE/IELTS/FCE) and the date of the exam session requested.
