We offer year round English training at English Academy. Our academic calendar is divided into 4 semesters and students can join a group at any one of these times: Autumn term (from September), Winter term (from January), Spring (from April) and Summer intensive term (from July), each of which includes all levels for children.
Students are required to take a free placement test to determine your level of language proficiency. Placement tests and registration are usually held a week before the beginning of each semester.
Before registering for a course with us, your child need to take a placement test. The English Academy test consists of a written and an oral part and gives an accurate assessment of your English level. The duration and complexity of the test are based on the age of the child.

We have two options for taking the test: in the Academy or online. If you choose the second option, when we receive the completed test, we will contact you to specify a convenient day and time for the speaking part of the placement test.
The test will help us recommend the most suitable course for the level of your child. An employee of the Academy will help you choose a group from our program, will give you information about the days and hours of the event, as well as the start date of the training.

Before the start of your training with us you need to pay the course fee.

When registering your child in English Academy you will receive Information with the discipline rules of our students. Following these rules ensures quality and a good learning environment.
If your child returns home on their own, you will receive a declaration giving your consent for the student to return home without a parent or guardian. Students must carry this declaration every lesson and show it to our staff so that they can leave the Academy on their own.
Each course is held according to a pre-specified schedule, which does not change during the semester. Before your first lesson you will be directed by our employee to the classroom where your course will be held.
Your child needs to bring a notebook and a pen. They will receive an English Academy backpack and a folder from the Academy with an original textbook from their teacher during the first lesson. The textbook, as well as all additional study materials, are included in the course fee. For the classes of our youngest students we provide colored pencils, scissors, glues and colored paper.
You can reserve a place for the next course for a child who is currently studying with us at the end of the current semester. Each young student receives an individual recommendation for the next level from the teacher based on the achieved grades and results. It is not necessary to take a new entrance test.
If your child has missed one semester, you also do not need to take an entrance test. However, should 2 semesters be missed, it is recommended that your child takes the test again.
Our individual classes are not tied to the academic calendar of the Academy - they can start at any time after taking an entrance test and can be arranged at a time suitable to your child, subject to your teacher's availability.
The tests for individual lessons are conducted by prior arrangement. Please contact us to reserve a convenient day and time for you.
Classes can be held on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Depending on your child`s school programme and the curriculum of your teacher, the classes can be arranged at different times every week.
